Welcome to Tales of Adversego, the home of the Frank Adversego satirical cybersecurity thriller/mystery series.

Who’s Frank? A brilliant but conflicted, socially-challenged cybersecurity expert with a penchant for being in the wrong place at the right time when the blackhats pull out all the stops. And what’s a Frank Adversego cybersecurity thriller like? Besides being hard to put down, each one describes horrific events that not only could happen, but often later do. Along the way, the story line introduces  an ever-changing cast of unique characters, and takes satirical pokes at those who deserve them most, from politicians to venture capitalists. But don’t take it from me, here’s what Frank’s fans have to say:

A Great Way to Spend a Dark and Stormy Weekend: Andy Updegrove reminds me of Michael Crichton, an author who was able to both entertain and educate at the same time

Clever, Gripping, Entertaining: I loved Frank, a wonderfully flawed genius who I warmed to immediately

Fiction??! Not so sure!! Watching the national news every night makes me think this author can predict the future

Outstanding Thriller: I frequently read thrillers. Some are good, some are very good, some are excellent. A few I can’t put down
Thriller or Horror? What an amazing story and an eye-opener! I don’t know whether it should be categorized as a thriller or a horror story

Almost A Little Too Real: Get it, read it, love it!

Five Stars: Love this book read all 4 in the series in 4 days

If a good thriller is what you enjoy, why not give Frank a test drive by clicking on one of the images here and buying a print or eBook copy from Amazon, iTunes, Kobo or your other favorite source. And if you’d like to follow the further adventures of Frank as they happen, check the boxes in the right column, including the one that says “email notice of blog entries.” Why? So you’ll be able to read each new book as it’s written, make plot suggestions, pose questions to Frank himself, and much more.
